do (joke), but I don't see them do anything except speed around here on their little golf cart thing like kids at an amusement park. And they are also very rude and disrespectful, especially the female. Owner lives In California & only way to contact him is by email which he doesn't answer. I don't even know his name! First of the year I am out of here. The Mexicans can have it. That's what they want here anyway cause they can treat them any way they want to & there is nothing they can do about it cause they are illegal. I'm going to file a lawsuit in small claims court for discrimination!!!!

Thanks owner lives in California and he has hired a thief and as his repair/maintenance man. But prior to that the area was a good safe area.
Sure wish I had checked this before I bought a mobile home here. Management sucks! Jennifer lies, is extremely rude and basically does nothing except harass tenants. She gets to Office around 9, goes to lunch at 11, comes back at 12 and leaves at 2. So if you work at night like I do it's very hard to even go speak to her about anything. They want Id's from legal citizens born & raised here to do background checks but Illegal Mexicans (& it's full of them) don't have any kind of documents,except maybe fake ones, to do any kind of background checks. That's (reverse) discrimination! Lot rent went up due to all the maintenance they have to
