Maybe the worst meal I've had in a long time. The server was totally out of step. Waited 10 minutes to be greeted, and another 15 for even a glass of tea. Now, even the most inexperienced server should know that a salad always comes out first. My salad came with my meal. I asked for some cranberry sauce to go with my turkey, and then disaster. She got seated with another table of two people, which apparently was enough to put the child on complete overload status. The cranberry sauce never made it. The turkey and dressing were both room temperature, and the side of sweet potatoes was barely two tablespoons on the plate. I never got a tea refill, but that was fine. As slow as she was bringing food and drink, she'd slapped that bill down immediately. I paid, asked to see the manager, and was told they were "involved in something else right now". I won't be going back here for a long, long time. HORRIBLE experience.
Okay last item. Brought the order to the table and they missed the order up. Very impressive.
Enjoyable visit. Great food. Awesome server named Kristen. An array of interesting items to browse and purchase for gifts or yourself, while waiting to be seated.

Everyone was really very polite. Atmosphere was welcoming. Had to continually request items left off our order. My salad came halfway through my meal. The server asked if we wanted biscuits, we said yes, They never came. I must admit, they were very busy, but?
The service was good. I enjoyed the taste of my food. However, this was the third time that I ordered the chicken tenderloins and the pieces of chicken was so small. I had to ask for another piece because I felt cheated. I hope Cracker Barrel reconsider the size of chicken tenderloin pieces that they serve. They use to serve decent sizes, now when they bring your plate with the tenderloins, you stare at it and think, oh, they made a mistake. Please correct this error because I feel like I need to order something else. Thanks.
We are on a 20-minute wait now for food and so the service appears to be pretty poor as well as getting seated. Don't actually know why people keep torturing themselves and coming to places like this to wait 20 to 30 minutes for their seating and another 20 to 30 minutes for their food. Will definitely be going to the one in Moody in the future as it's just on the other side of our subdivision equal amount of time.
Standing here waiting on a table. We have a 20-minute wait and there are tables open all over the floor. Complete mismanagement of how to get people seated. Or shortage of staff that they need to fill with new employees. Definitely gone downhill over the years.
