This hotel was very well run. Attention to detail was great and the staff was friendly. They have a great accommodations, the motel is clean and the staff is second to none. If I go to the area again, I certainly plan on returning to this hotel.
This was definitely not the cleanest place. There were stains all over the chair, a sticky spill inside the night stand drawer, and just generally not cleaned well. The receptacle in the bathroom was completely broke. Tried plugging my hair dryer in the receptacle by the desk, but that must have been loose, it kept turning off. I finally had to do my hair with the plug by the door and no mirror - not fun. The toilet wasn't connected to the floor right. It rocked and then would slam back when you got up. We lost an hour sleep because we went by the room clock. They never turned the time back last week. The outside by the steps, there were literally hundreds of butts on the ground. When I checked out, I asked to speak to the manager. He wasn't there, but was told he would be in about ten. I said I would call him then while we were on the road. I called, he was still not in. I called back about an hour later, still not there, but the man at the front desk did talk to him about my concerns. He gave us ten dollars off. I thought 50% was more reasonable. For the price we paid, I expected a clean room with everything working. My feelings are that maybe the manager needs to stick around more and take care of this place and to take better care of his customers. Never had a hotel where the manager wasn't there for an extended period of time. I place all these problems at his feet. The poor guy manning the front desk was also in charge of the breakfast and was running back and forth trying to take care of everyone. He was very nice and did a good job with the breakfast.
Have stayed at least seven times, never a bad stay! Room is always clean, cozy, comfortable. Love the breakfast! Staff is always friendly, accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
My stay was fantastic! Check-in was a breeze. Beautiful complete renovation. Exceeded my expectations. Very clean facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast options. Quiet and a terrific value! Restaurants and convenience store within walking distance. Highly recommend for regular business travelers.
Room is clean and service is excellent. The front desk is very polite and answer all of your questions.. I would definitely come back again when I need to come to this area again. I recommend it to anyone who want to stay there.
