Based on the experiences of my wife and me today, you can expect here $14 cuts (for adults), a neat and clean shop environment, fairly short wait times, friendly interactions with staff, skilled and quick service, and reasonable attention to what you tell the stylist you want. If you place any importance on your request, get the person's undivided attention, be very specific, and say it at least twice.
I feel in order to help Great Clips in the the future I should write this review. The haircut was a good, but the lady was very disrespectful towards me and if I wasn’t in a hurry I would have left. I would recommend teaching customer service to the middle aged white woman with dark hair whose name escapes me.
I had a $10 competitors coupon that I wanted to use at this location a week or two ago but they wouldn't accept it. So I deferred my cut until the new store opens. They will almost certainly have a grand opening special.
I just hope the Clay owner will keep that store open until 9pm. While I never come that late, I do like to be able to come at 7:30-8:15 without feeling like a leper. They should also accept expired and competitors coupons. No reason not to really.
We have always had a good experience here. The online check-in is good, but you can only do it about an hour in advance. I guess that makes sense.
And if not, I still have the $10 SuperCuts coupon.

Ive gotten my hair cut here for years. Love the online check-in even though I rarely need it. Its good to know I wont have a long wait. They used to accept expired and competitors coupons but then they changed owners and the new owner no longer wants my business. Good thing there is a closer Great Clips opening up soon. (Maybe within a week) Hopefully its owner will be customer friendly and understand there are lots of places to get a haircut.
