The store seemed to have a better selection and was was much cleaner/organized than Belk next door
We needed to exchange a birthday gift for the correct size with out a receipt. Sweet lady was kind, quick and made sure our exchange was even so that we would need to pay extra.
Excellent customer service. The Hair Salon is professional and gave my son an exquisite hair cut. Harry is an awesome stylists.
Very nice and stylish clothes. They have styles & sizes for all age groups. I can be a very picky person at times however it wasn't hard to find something that I really liked. They also had very pleasant associates. I highly recommend JCP!
